Latest fitness goals
Latest run time: 16'34.
New goals: On run days I run 2 miles in best time possible, and aim for 500 pushups and 500 crunches.(Mon,Wed,Fri).
Tue,Sat- Normal endurance workout.
Thu- Power workout.
I got 100 of each today which is a pretty good start from nothing.
Tomorrow is the gym for a regular workout.
