Progress is not supposed to be quite this...uncomfortable. Power day is done, and I didn't get much done. I did get my leg press at 590 lbsx5, chest press at 250 lbsx5, and curls with 50 lb dumbellsx10. I also got the incline chest press at 135 lbs per armx2. The run showed some progress last time (16:21), and we'll see if it holds today. I need to start letting all my friends know when the fight is so they can see me get lit up.
