Update
Well shit! Another lapse on the run to the tune of 16:47. What a crock! As punishment, that day I did 250 pushups, 200 crunches, and 140 lat lifts. I was sore as hell the next day. I didn't even run on Friday. I was still too pissed off about Wednesday. I did do 300 pushups, 250 crunches, and 160 lat lifts. The good news is I am training Monday at 5 pm at Maximus in North Topeka. The boxing ring in the back has been awful busy whenever I went there on a Monday but we'll see. Maybe they'll let me fight my way into the ring!.
