I don't get it. I ran on the 12th and turned in a 16:14. Then,before I caught my breath I went out back and carried 6 tree stumps (200-250 lbs) across the yard. The new style of training is supposed to improve my strength when I'm tired. Oh, I finally got it arranged so I can train on Mondays with a guy who outweighs me by about 45-50 lbs. If I can get to the point where I can handle him, I should be fine in the ring.
