Here are the latest figures at the gym on a general workout:
Set of 50, then 30, then 25 Horizontal Crunches.
Set of 30 Leg Presses at 320 lbs. Set of 30 Leg Presses at 330 lbs. Set of 30 Leg Presses at 340 lbs.
Set of 30 Leg Curls at 90 lbs.
Set of 30 Butterflies at 205 lbs.
Set of 30 Chest Presses at 190 lbs.
Set of 30 Lat Pulldowns at 135 lbs.
Set of 30 Low Rows at 135 lbs.
Set of 30 Shoulder Presses at 85 lbs.
Set of 30 Lat Presses at 205 lbs.
Set of 30 Bicep Curls at 70 lbs.
1 tired mother at the end.
Latest run of 2 miles is 16:39. Whew!
There are days when I wonder why I keep doing it. Then I look in the mirror and for the first time in my life I am happy with and proud of what I see.
